Meet Kelly Funk: Vice President of Administration Beach to Bay Brokers LLC
Hi, I’m Kelly Funk, John Funk’s favorite daughter. I’ve been saying that since I was three years old! Growing up, I had the opportunity to help my dad with his Open Houses, which were held at the Sand Key Club. Over the years, my dad has hosted more than 500 Open Houses in this beautiful location. My dad is also a beloved Grandpa to my three sons, Bryden, Barron, and Viktor. We all love going to church together at Calvary Community Church in Tampa, followed by our tradition of heading to the Village Inn for a meal. The kids absolutely love this time with their grandpa and look forward to it every week. They’re always so sad when Grandpa has to miss out because of work. As Vice President of Administration at Beach to Bay Brokers LLC, I take care of things like greeting and signing in guests at our Open Houses, staging our listings, getting testimonials about my dad’s work, and even picking out the coffee for the Sand Key Club Room. I also pitch in with whatever else needs doing! In my spare time, I’m studying to get my real estate license. Our Open Houses are always a hit, and guests often tell us they’re the best ones they’ve ever attended. That’s why we’ve managed nearly 100 transactions in the Sand Key Club, which has just 104 condos.
